2Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce. -
3Remove and discard any large stems from kale; roughly chop leaves. Peel and mince garlic. -
4Pat chopped chicken breast dry with paper towels; season all over with salt, black pepper, and half the tuscan heat spice. -
5Once water is boiling, add spaghetti to pot. Cook until al dente ⏱️ 10 minutes . Reserve ½ cup pasta cooking water, then drain. -
6While pasta cooks, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chopped kale and a splash of water. Cook until kale is wilted and very tender ⏱️ 6 minutes . -
7Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant ⏱️ 30 seconds . Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer to a plate.

8Heat another drizzle of olive oil in the pan used for kale over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through ⏱️ 5 minutes .

9Return kale to pan with chicken and reduce heat to medium-low. Add cream sauce base. Cut top off carton to open fully; transfer contents, using a spoon or spatula to scrape sauce from carton sides.

10Stir in cream cheese and ¼ cup reserved pasta cooking water. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce is combined and thickened ⏱️ 3 minutes .

11Add drained spaghetti and butter to pan with sauce; toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper. If needed, stir in more reserved pasta cooking water a splash at a time until pasta is coated in a creamy sauce.

12Divide pasta between bowls, top with parmesan cheese, and serve.
